Humalog Mix50/50 and Humalog Mix75/25 come in only the U-100 strength. The U-200 strength is used only for subcutaneous injections. Humalog comes in two strengths: U-100, which contains 100 units of insulin per mL, and U-200, which contains 200 units of insulin per mL.
